In the event of a technical failure that causes an error on already confirmed bets, g45bet will investigate the incident and, if a server fault is confirmed, refund the wagered amount as real balance or, where possible, settle the bet based on the correct available data.

The g45bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory changes, service improvements, or new products made available on the platform.

The process for communicating changes follows these guidelines:

• Material changes are communicated by email at least 15 days' notice.
• The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If a player does not agree with the changes, they may close their account before the effective date with no penalties, withdrawing any available real-money balance.
